My sister and her husband just bought their first house. It is a cute little fixer upper in a nice neighborhood in the suburbs. It would really help productivity if we could get our employees to work better together, so we are trying to figure out a way to do this. I am thinking we need to have some sort of competition that will help with team building. We just need to figure out what the goal of the competition will be and how we will measure the results. We also want to make sure that the teams that are competing are well chosen. We need to make sure the people who often need to work together are on the same team to get them used to working together.

My sister Suzy was getting married in June, and we were all pitching in and putting some cash down on her wedding registry.
