Breaking the ice is hard for some people

One of the hardest thing about cold calls is breaking the ice. When you get a good lead and you can’t break the ice with the client then that could turn into a bad lead for you. It is essentially to not only learn to drum up leads but how to properly market to them in a way that entices them to sign up with your company. This is what mortgage broker marketing is all about. Mainly its about getting the leads but you will also need to learn to use those leads to drum up MORE leads so ultimately its all about how to do both!
