We are in the process of updating our human resources department to fit in better with the current practices of the times. As we have gotten larger, our human resources personnel have started to get swamped with calls from applicants. We want to computerize the application process so that all this can be done through an online system, and so that it is easier to deal with keeping track of who has applied for what. Can anyone recommend a good applicant tracking software program that we can use to keep track of this sort of thing, as well as the EEO statistics we need?
