Email Marketing Campaign: Use Autoresponders

It’s common knowledge that by simply reply to your client’s e-mails can increase the prestige of the company although this is more easily said than done. How do they do such marketing plan? They maximize a follow-up autoresponder – a computer software that instantly sends e-mail messages that are sent to them. Back then, the first autoresponders were created within mail transfer agents that notified when they could not deliver an e-mail to a given address. These create bounce messages such as "your e-mail could not be delivered because…" responses (heard of Yahoo! Mailer Daemon?). Autoresponders are often used as email marketing campaign tools, to immediately provide information to their prospective customers and then follow them up at preset intervals.
