In my own personal life I have experienced the benefit of paying everything with my credit card. At the end of the month I can see exactly where my money went and I can budget appropriately for the following month. The same is now true for our business expenses. Each one of the managers now has business credit cards and each month we go over the payments together. I no longer have them budget for the year, this way I see where the money is going monthly. I will never be shocked at the end of the year if a major deficit has occurred.
