Ringing Ceders

So I have seen these machines in the stores. You put your change into them and they take like seven cents out of every dollar for using their machine. When it has counted all of the change then you take your slip up to the register and get your money in bills. I think the one I saw was called coinstar but maybe I am wrong, they also have one at my bank that I can use for free. But I think is only for account holders to use, otherwise you need to use this other kind at the supermarkets. I am not sure where else they have them.
