Ringing Ceders

Our pool is in desperate need of repair and our association has absolutely no money to pay for it.  Yet, we as residents are still paying our homeowner dues every month which should include the ability to use a pool, but we can’t.  There are so many other things that our community needs to spend that money on first and we just don’t have the budget for a costly pool repair.  What we really need are a couple of hoa loans for the repair that we could pay back over a period of time rather than paying all cash for the repairs right now.  I know there are quite a few banks that do these types of loans so we’ll just have to start shopping around and see who can give us the best rates.  We’re really hoping to get this squared away soon and get our pool back and working before the summer so the kids can enjoy themselves!
