Homework was not something I expected when I decided to become a recruiter.  But homework was something that I was willing to do to become a leader in the recruiter field.   I had purchased a set of recruiter training videos and after the first night I could not wait to get home in the evening to watch the next video.  Not only was I learning some insider tips from the recruiting experts,  I was being entertained in the process.   By the end of the second night my wife was even joining me at the television,  not that she wanted to be a recruiter,  but that she found them entertaining.
