Ringing Ceders

When we decided that we were going to look into starting a restaurant we knew there was a lot to consider. We even worked our budget down to the nickle and dime to save on costs and make sure that the bottom line was profitable. Where we did not see that there was going to be a problem with is the things that we spent a couple of extra dollars in like cloth napkins instead of paper. We thought that in the long run the cloth napkins would pay for themselves but we did not take into account the napkins that would be ruined and were not reusable.
