Ringing Ceders

There’s a few good barbecue joints around town, you know, the ones that have a local reputation for tender smoked ribs and suculent sauce. I’m not talking about Chili’s or TGI Fridays here, but real local joints with local flavor and local character. A couple of them are no more than barbecue trailers in shopping center parking lots with a canopy and a couple of picnic tables. But the best BBQ trailer in my part of town is in front of the local Home Depot on weekends. They serve up baby back ribs that will knock your socks off, plus an awesome coleslaw, and dogs and sausages for the kids. Always gives me an excuse to go hardware shopping.
