I Enjoy Creating Card Making Crafts

November 4th, 2009 by admin

I get together with some of my friends several times a month, and we enjoy  snacks and spend time visiting. Last month, we decided that we wanted to learn how to make our own cards, so we bought all the necessary supplies for Card Making Crafts. It was a lot of fun to sit down and make so many nice things, and I knew that many of my friends and relatives would appreciate getting something made with a personal touch. I made some anniversary and birthday cards, and they turned out beautifully. I plan on making all of my greeting cards from now on.

A Wedding Out of the Country

August 28th, 2009 by admin

When we got engaged, one of the first things that I told my fiance was that I wanted to have a wedding outside of the country that was beautiful, but small and quaint. I didn’t want all of my family to be there, just a few of the people who are closest to me that I love. I thought this would be perfect for us, so I started looking into the places where we could go. I think the best place that we found was the Panama City Beach Weddings location. It was just what we were looking for, so we booked it right away.

The Simple Way to Learn the Blues

August 26th, 2009 by admin

I hang out with a bunch of guys that are all pretty talented musicians.  Nobody is going to be famous, but we really have a good time getting together to jam.  I noticed that nobody in our group plays the blues, which is a real shame.  I love the blues so I decided I would be the one to learn how to play blues.  I wish I hadn’t told anybody because they all told me I wouldn’t be able to do it.  I think they will have to eat their words.  I found some lessons that are making it really simple.

Curious About Getting Miami Ink Tattoos

August 17th, 2009 by admin

I have a few small tattoos. I got them when I was younger and I really like them and do not regret getting them at all. In fact, I have been thinking about adding to my collection of body art. I am curious about getting Miami Ink Tattoos. I have seen a lot about them on TV and I really like some of the different styles and designs and colors that I have seen. I am working on deciding where to get them and what exactly to get. It is a big decision since it is something that I will always have!

Is bud rosewood or ebony better for chess pieces?

August 14th, 2009 by admin

It is rather difficult to make a straight choice and judgment whether ebony or bud rosewood is better for chess pieces. This is because different people prefer different attributes of both ebony as well as bud rosewood. For instance, ebony has a robustness and strength, which makes it quite durable and the choice of millions. It also has a wonderful brownish coloring that gives the chess pieces the rich traditional look that many people prefer. On the other hand, the bud rosewood tree provides a unique and more rich coloring which makes it popular. Nonetheless, bud rosewood lacks the durability and robustness that ebony has. Hence if one wants richer color, he/she would prefer bud rosewood while those who want durability would go with ebony.

WOW! What a wedding magician!

August 5th, 2009 by admin

I went to a wedding last weekend and expected the usual boring stuff but was totally wowed by a wedding magician who had been hired to entertain everyone during the photographs. The photograph part of the wedding is always the part that really bores people as, unless you are actually being photographed, you are making idle chat with your family or people you don’t even know. I hate small talk and putting on a false face, so when a magician came over and began entertaining us with some psychological mind tricks I was totally hooked. This was by far the best part of the wedding, great stuff and highly recommended.

To Be or Not to Be

August 3rd, 2009 by admin

I wonder how many kids growing up truly wanted to be a magician? Then when my own kids wanted a party magician at there gathering then I decided I should have taken up that line of work. Besides dealing with the kids and getting to eat cake with the little ones where else could you go and get away with making things disappear without being accused of stealing. I thought this guy has got it going on. Maybe I could learn magic and make my boss disappear, or make the lawn mow itself. Yep, it’s settled, I should have learned magic.

Insecure me

August 1st, 2009 by admin

I remember that I used to be terrified to talk with kids who are older than me. Every time an older kid would talk to me I would crumble and usually eat my words and act as if I’m out of this world. I guess I felt insecure because somehow it feels like I am inferior. After I took up Acting Classes in San Diego, I noticed that I had changed because I learned to work in a diverse environment. I had worked with older kids and younger kids and they appreciated me for my talents even the older kids. I felt like all of us were in an equal footing. I learned that age does not really matters and like me they also have their insecurities.
