Deciding on a used cars by owner cheap

April 19th, 2009 by admin

There are various options you can pursue when you are looking to purchase a used car. However if you are looking to purchase used cars by owner cheap the best option is to go through the yellow pages. You can also pickup the classified section of a newspaper to find the car or cars that you are looking for. In my opinion the best option is to always go through various channels. You will also need to bargain and I must add bargain very hard and that is only possible if you know something about cars or about that specific model you want to purchase.

Special Insurance Needs

April 14th, 2009 by admin

We are a three car family with two adult drivers in the house.  My wife and I each have our own car for commuting and we have the third car for fun.  It is a classic 1974 Porsche and spends most of it’s life in the garage and under wraps.  It only comes out on nice days and is always cleaned before it is put away.  What I want to do is find an auto insurance quote  that will only charge me for the liability and the collision insurance when the car is actually driven and give me full comprehensive insurance all the time.

Would Like to Learn My Car History Before I Buy

March 22nd, 2009 by admin

I have been in the market for a new car for the past few months. My current car’s lease expires next month though so I need to make a decision sooner rather than later. I have been looking at a pre-owned car. I have test driven it and I really liked it. However, I have never bought a used car before so I am a little nervous. I would like to learn my car history before I buy. I want to make sure that the correct maintenance has been performed and that there are no on going problems with this particular car.

RID the Train

March 15th, 2009 by admin

If you are anything like me, you have been late to work.  Okay, well maybe it happens not as often for you as it does for me but it is still a hassle.  Not only do you get a crummy start to the day, but your supervisor will yell at you.  At least mine does.  I heard the Train Horn this morning on my walk to the train station, I know I would have not been late for my train.  I would have picked up the pace, and made it to the train.  Instead I had to wait an extra fifteen minutes for the next one!

My Car has the Advantage with a LT1 Supercharger

March 10th, 2009 by admin

Why is a race car so much more powerful than a car we use each day just to get from our jobs to our errands? They seem to be all similar in the very visible ways. They all have a body and tires, seats and a windshield. The use of the lt1 supercharger adds a huge advantage in horsepower and performance. The real differences, of course are under the hood. There is practically nothing the same between the engines of the family car and the racing machine. Race cars have every possible component upgraded and every advantage that could give them the winning edge in the competitions.

Car Insurance Renewal

March 9th, 2009 by admin

My car insurance is coming up from renewal and I just don’t have the spare cash to pay for it all in one lump sum. Money has been really tight over the last few months and I have been forced to watch every penny. However I can not afford to be without my car, which I need to commute to my job and drive the kids around in. I had a look at a number of different insurers and found some good deals but most of them want me to pay for the policy up front. I was getting really worried, until I found a few car insurers who were prepared to over a spread the cost deal and let you pay in monthly instalments. It was such a relief. Some of them also offered really good deals as well which meant that I could spread the cost and save money at the same time.

Shop for Car Warranties with Care

February 22nd, 2009 by admin

There are many types of businesses that began as telemarketing or Internet ventures and have grown and matured to become a full-fledged part of the consumer market. Now you see commercials on TV for them all the time. Some examples are debt settlement programs, anti-virus software, and used vehicle warranties, among others. Be careful when purchasing a used car warranty of your own. Some telemarketing endeavors are legitimate, but others are scams. Online shopping is often a better choice, because you can do your own research and compare and contrast the different warranties that may be available to you. Of course you’ll want all the coverage you need at the best possible price.

GTA game on DSi

February 18th, 2009 by admin

Ok so it’s not too long now until we all get in the mood for the next adventure of the crazy people from liberty city. This instalment is named officially Chinatown Wars and it will be really good to see how the game works on the DSi which is not the kind of console which usually plays a game like this. One reason is that the hardware is not all that powerful and other is that the machine is mostly marketed towards younger gamers while this one can be sold to people who are not quite 20 yet and think they know it all. Well let me tell you this, you probably do know almost as much as you’ll know when you’re 25. I can’t think of much I’ve learned in the years in-between.

Trucks

February 12th, 2009 by admin

When it comes to finding a good truck, the first person to talk to would be a contractor, construction worker, or builder. They use trucks on an everyday basis, installing hydraulic wet kits to make their trucks more useful for the job site. I’ve seen more trucks parked in front of a house under construction than at the rodeo, and that’s saying something! Speaking of the rodeo, you can always ask someone there as well. Usually they have trucks for ranching or just to look like cowboys. Most of the time they need trucks for hauling hay or pulling a horse trailer. Either way, no matter who you ask, make sure you get a quality truck because a good truck can last a long time.

Cat and mouse games with the pet mover

February 4th, 2009 by admin

You would have to say a pet mover has a wonderful job. If you like animals. The playfulness of some pets is just great and if they turn on a show of this during the time their master or owners move to a new city or across the state, because of their job, then this will make the day for a pet lover and a pet mover. The cat, for instance, may decide to chase his tail or push and play with a ball, just as the mover is moving in to secure the animal in a safe carrying container and put him or her into a truck for the move to anew home. When that happens the pet mover who likes animals will crack up. They are playful and the mover will enjoy it.

Disposing used car batteries

January 21st, 2009 by admin

Everyone has to buy a new battery for their car and one time or another. If you buy and replace the battery yourself it is important to properly dispose of any used car batteries. They can be recycled. Many stores that sell new batteries will take your old one from you and recycle it for you. There is usually not a charge for this service.  Sometimes you can bring them to your local dump but it is probably a good idea to call and ask if they accept them. You should never dispose of them in your trash container.

Gas 4 Free – How Does It Work?

January 16th, 2009 by admin

Here’s a good summary on what Gas 4 Free is all about-

“Contrary to popular belief, this system is actually very safe because it creates energy on demand, and the gas that is extracted is not pure hydrogen gas. The gas, also known as Brown Gas, consists of 2 hydrogen atoms and 1 oxygen atom after being separated for water, and is thus very safe to use.” – By Judd Marshall, Ezinearticles

This is literally a blueprint that will show you how to convert your car from normal fuel to Brown Gas.  Hence you will reduce your reliance on normal fuel, but more importantly, reduce your carbon foot print!
