Strengthen Bones with Alkaline Diet

I never used to worry about the health of my teeth and bones. But now that I am approaching 60, it has been coming into my mind. I’ve heard many stories of seniors having weak bones, or low bone density. Improving the health of bones not only comes from physical exercise that will make the bones stronger. In addition to proper exercise you will need to feed your body the right foods. Eating the right types of foods will provide for essential minerals and vitamins that bones need in order to gain strength. There are a few rules to follow here, like eating lots of raw vegetables and fruits, even eliminating gluten. One diet that i found while researching bone health is the Alkaline Diet. When you take advantage of the Alkaline Diet you learn to eat certain foods that balance the blood’s pH level which allows the bones to improve and get stronger. Acid actually weakens your bones. The Alkaline diet eliminates acids in the body. This helps your health in so many different ways, not just your bones. I’m glad I found this solution.
