Examining areas of nlp:  Internal state – this area primarily covers the emotions of ‘K’ we ‘feel’. Emotions play a major part in any marketing strategy, in the  way that companies don’t necessarily sell the features of a product or service,  but more the benefits to the individual.  And, of course, benefits in effect  are all about the ‘k’ or emotions – i.e. how the product/service will enhance a buyers’  life, make certain processes easier for them, and even make them happier!

Forming an understanding of how these emotions can drive behavior is a key  part of any NLP training plan. By examining basic values, you could form a  marketing plan to appeal to people holding varying levels of values, and in  effect, could create very powerful marketing campaign.
