Ringing Ceders

I just had my 50th birthday. As a joke, my children all got me anti-aging products and gimmicks.  I got a tummy control girdle, a box of hair dye, a box of laxative tea, denture cleaner, even though I don’t wear dentures, and I got an face cleaner called hydroxitone, which is some kind of anti-wrinkle cream.  With the exception of the anti-wrinkle cream, which I may actually use, the gifts I got will probably all be recycled at any white elephant parties I might go to.  Even though I don’t consider getting old a joke, it was kind of fun to have all this attention on my birthday.
