Make your workouts more effective

If I had to choose 1 simple tool to mazximize the effectiveness of my No Gym Workout Program it woud be so simply add weighted vest training

By doing so you will make walking, stairs, hills and your body weight training harder and more effective in an instant. Once you throw on a weighted vest your brain perceives you as being heavier and it you simply have to work harder. Now take that vest off and you still have the strength of a heavier person but you just lost 10-20 pounds.

So the result. You are faster, quicker, stronger and more powerful. There are many choices too. I started with an old school blue vest which you can find at Perform Better.Then you have the higher tech versions like X-Vest or the Power Vest. You can also try a heavier coat at first which I also did. Either way give weighted vest training a try. You will be glad you did.
