Peer Pressure

March 10th, 2009 by admin

I never understood why people had such a hard time on diets until I went on one my self. As I started to get closer to the age of thirty, I realized myself gaining more fat than muscle. I didn’t work out as much as I used to but that never seemed to be a problem before. When I first tried dieting, I found it impossible. My friends were still eating the junk food and I felt like I was missing out when I hung out with them. I always quit the diet. I then found out about cheat days. Once a week, I was able to eat whatever I wanted as long as the rest of my meals for the week were healthy. This worked out great for me for when I was around my friends!
