Your highest priority should be preventing a heart attack or cardiac arrest. Remember, heart disease and cardiac arrest are major contributors to the death rate. There are many measures you can take to reduce your risk of heart disease.
Setting aside a part of the day for workout and regaining slim and toned body should be your first prerogative. “I don’t have time, I don’t have that kind of money, I don’t have the energy”………this is what I hear over and over from people when they explain why they don’t exercise. Nothing good ever came easy, but getting in shape will be the greatest gift you could give to yourself and your loved ones. My next post will be about how to prevent heart disease.
