quick workouts

I did this great workout a little while ago. It was this four minute workout. It consisted of all bodyweight exercises. I mixed bodyweight squats with pushups and lunges with a different type of pushup. It was a really great workout. At the end I was really sweating. It felt like I was really building muscle and it only took a couple of minutes. I did three sets of ten reps each. But I took no breaks ever. I went straight from opne exercise to the other. After it was all done I went into my kitchen and made this delicious protein shake.
