Tired of the Fools at the Gym? Try an At Home Workout instead.

At Home Workouts are the way to go. There are so many advantages to working out at home that it baffles me why most people still go to the gym. In my opinion, unless you absolutely need a personal trainer, then there is no reason to go to a health club. Even if you decide to pay an expensive personal trainer, good luck finding a truly qualfied one who knows what he’s talking about and really has your best interests at heart.

Once you educate yourself on proper form and routines and speak to your doctor (a must before starting any exercise regimen), you’re good to go. Why suffer at the gym with people staring at you, men (and women) trying to pick you up and waiting on line for equipment. Workout at home and save yourself the hassle.
