To Return To My Pre-accident Shape I Needed To Build Muscle And Burn Fat

Once I had put on the weight I realized that it was not going to be so easy to take it off.   I had been active until I broke my ankle skiing and then it started to come on.  Before the winter was over I have put on over twenty pounds and lost a lot of my previous muscle.   What I needed to do was to find a program that would build muscle and burn fat at the same time.  I was open to doing an increased exercise program an was also willing to accept the fact that I would need to chance my eating habits.
