Weight Loss Efforts

While discussing my weight loss efforts with a friend he recommended trying Eat Stop Eat.  But when I asked what it was and he told me it was intermittent fasting combined with normal eating I admit I completely quit listening after I heard the word fasting.  Nope, that would never work for me.  I can barely make it from banana and yogurt breakfast to my salad lunch without eating and that’s only for a few hours.  The only times I truly fast are before I have my cholesterol checked on religious holidays.  But then I found out that I didn’t have to combine fasting with eating only yogurt, fruit, and salad on the days I wasn’t fasting.  I could eat normally, meaning that I go could out to eat and have that burger and shake without feeling guilty and still lose weight.
