Successful weight loss is all about your frame of mind. If you can stay positive and stay focused on the many benefits of what you are doing then you are half way there. Many people feel that they are losing out during the weight-loss process. In truth, the only thing they are losing is weight. Many people fail because they feel deprived and realize  thats not the answer to what is the best way to lose weight. But you are not really missing out. Sure, ice cream tastes good, chocolate tastes good and junk food tastes good. But none of them leave you feeling good after and make you pile on the pounds. On the other hand, fresh strawberries also taste good, and peach sorbet tastes good. And you do not have to worry about your weight when eating these. So, remember you can lose weight without missing out.
