When people hear about the revolutionary new training techniques they have one question in mind. What is Turbulence Training? Turbulence training is a system that simply works and is quite powerful for both men and women. Women enjoy this type of training once they get past the concept that working out with weights means big muscles. Working out with weights is just a great way to tone a woman up. The testosterone levels in a woman’s body are so low that gaining massive muscles won’t happen just by working out. Those women who get big do so with drugs and a very stringent routine that is MUCH more than just lifting weights!
