I am not a person that will ever tell someone they should go on a diet. I think that diets are the biggest joke in the world. Instead, someone should just get in the habit of keeping a food diary online. They will notice that they will start eating less when they realize how many calories they are taking in every day. This process is simple and easy with an online system that easily calculates how many calories you have eaten that day. You will immediately notice that certain foods have a high calorie content in comparison to others and may end up eating better immediately.
