Some people feel like, no matter how many organizations claim to have help, they never seem to get the help. They may say please help me over and over and they will even apply for assistance at various organizations, but it seems like everybody else can you get help but them.

Getting help, to them, is little like gambling or buying lottery tickets. The chance of actually getting help seems very slim.

However, most people that really need help will go on and keep applying and asking for assistance because they hope that one day they will actually get some.
