Running Electric Radio Controlled Boats

If you are planning on running electric radio controlled boats, one piece of advice I can give you is to make sure you have extra charged batteries on hand. You typically will only get about 15 minutes of run time out of one battery pack. So if you are like most of us, and want to spend a few hours at the lake, you will definitely need a couple of back up batteries.I like to have two back up sets of batteries for my electric radio controlled boats, that way one set can be charging at all times, and I always have a charged battery available. Seems like common sense, but I think that a lot of folks don’t realize how quickly the batteries die when first getting into the hobby. So, save yourself from the frustration of being ‘dead on the water’, and include those extra batteries in your gear when you head out to the lake!
