Ringing Ceders

A few days ago, a good friend of mine told me that he just quit his job and that he’s moving to New Orleans in a few weeks.  He’s tired of living in Boston, and tired of the culture here, and he has decided to just sell everything he owns, and move somewhere new.  I was secretly a little envious of him that he could even do that, and I wished him well.  That evening after he left, I started looking up some Hurricane Discussion forums just to see what people were saying about New Orleans since Katrina hit.  I’m sure everything will be just fine.
