Internet reverse phone calls

Phone calls are the last type of data that we pay per unit and that will go away very shortly. Cable TV and phone calls are taxed at twice the rate of other goods, study finds consumers pay $37 billion a year in communication taxes and fees, and the poor pay 10 times as much as the rich as a percentage of their incomes if they reverse lookup cell phones. Harassing or prank phone calls are a fairly common occurrence and most people think nothing of them because they happen once in a great while. By contrast, Internet phone calls are free or cheap, particularly for passengers already paying for in-flight access to check e-mail or surf Web sites.
