Real Estate In Individual Retirement Accounts

Some people love to invest in real estate properties so they want to put their properties in the individual retirement accounts. However, most of the time, the company they have their retirement account with will not allow them to just transfer a deed of a real estate property into an IRA even when the IRS has no problem with it.
It’s a management issue and if you really want to move a real estate property into an IRA, you might need to find a financial institution that will let you do that.
A self directed IRA will let you do that but not many companies will offer that.
