Was Don Quijote Passionate or Foolish?

July 8th, 2008 by admin

What are your interests? This is a question that stomps even the best of us. We run around doing things we love without considering that we are passionate about certain things. So when someone asks what makes us passionate we cannot answer with any assurance. Take the young woman who spends much of her free time hanging out with other young people who have a different ethnic background than hers. Melanie and her friends learn about the exploits of Don Quijote during the day. She laughs heartily at the cultural stories told by her friends. However, as she sits silently in a job interview, she cannot answer what her interests are. Of course, this is an extreme example but it does show how much we know about yourselves and our interests.
