Should Vertical Training Be Incorporated in Basketball Training

A lot of people wonder whether it is a good idea to incorporate vertical training exercises like plyometric training with basketball training. Basketball training could be training for the individual, or practicing for an entire team. Any coaches reading this should seriously consider the benefits of vertical jump training. A team with a higher vertical will get more rebounds, move quicker, block more, be blocked less, and look more intimidating overall. Any individual who is reading this advice for themselves should consider vertical training so you look better for your coach and are able to do more during basketball games.
