I have dealt with many engineers in the Machine Vision markets and most are so tied up in what they do that they just tell their purchasing person to go and buy these digital cameras and find out the best price.  So they call the manufacturer and find out that there is a local company that sells these products. They give them a call and ask for a price but do not follow through with doing any other homework on getting there price lowered.  Purchasing, if they are doing their job should be calling 10 different suppliers who carry the same product and ask for the cost on the same items BUT it takes to much time! Now you can make one bid at www.eCCTVbids.com in just a few clicks with the same results. No more answering 100 questions about what you’re doing so they can figure out how much they can charge you and get away with it…

Take it to bid and save time and money. It’s now the only option for the lowest cost!
